Terms & Conditions — ac356 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "ac356" — refers to the ac356 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ac356.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services operated under the ac356 brand.
• "Platform" — refers to the website, mobile-optimised interface, and any application provided by ac356 through which services are delivered to players.

• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a player's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked through eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole transaction currency supported on the ac356 Platform.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by ac356 prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

By accessing the ac356 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or service available on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ac356 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

Access to and use of the ac356 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during which you hold an active ac356 account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ac356 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players aged under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• You must be the registered account holder. You may not use or access an ac356 account belonging to another individual under any circumstances.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the ac356 Platform. Any player who has activated self-exclusion is prohibited from accessing the Platform during the applicable exclusion period.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals must be conducted solely by and for the registered account holder.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who lack legal capacity under applicable law are not permitted to use the Platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the ac356 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities, device configurations, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ac356 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ac356 will not be liable for any losses, unauthorised bets, or account access arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Account usernames must not impersonate another individual, brand, or public figure.
• ac356 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion.
• Accounts created using automated registration tools or bots will be immediately closed.
• ac356 may require additional verification documents before activating a newly registered account.

All financial transactions on the ac356 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ac356 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Individual transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of initiating a transaction.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ac356 does not impose processing fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of ac356.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawal requests above ৳20,000 may be subject to KYC identity verification prior to processing. ac356 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Payments section of the Platform, though actual settlement times depend on the receiving payment provider.

• Players must have completed at least one qualifying real-money wager before a withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• ac356 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or AML concern.

Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on the ac356 Platform, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms & Conditions and the specific promotional terms attached to that offer. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonus Funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified for the relevant promotion.
• ac356 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or promotional credit at any time where misuse, exploitation, or abuse is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred to another player or account.
• ac356 is not obligated to offer any bonus to any player and may modify or discontinue promotional programs at any time.

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on the ac356 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. These product-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the ac356 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player. ac356 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or system fault — and to refund the stake amount to the player's account balance.

For live casino games operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface govern the outcome of each round. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome recorded by the game server at the time the round completed shall be the final result.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may be changed by ac356 at any time.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play/live betting) are accepted at ac356's sole discretion.
• ac356 is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or betting market definitions.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ac356's settlement rules for the relevant market shall apply as published on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ac356 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one ac356 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic assistance to place bets or interact with any game on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to generate profits not achievable through normal play.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with ac356.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ac356 Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ac356 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the ac356 Platform — including but not limited to the ac356 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of ac356 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ac356 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ac356.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their licensing arrangements with ac356.

ac356 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at ac356.io/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an ac356 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

ac356 uses industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player account data is stored on secure servers with access controls and monitoring in place. ac356 does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

ac356 may be required to disclose player information to relevant authorities in response to lawful requests relating to fraud investigations, AML compliance, or other legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac356 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from bets placed; technical interruptions to game or platform availability; errors in odds, game results, or settlement; or losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

ac356 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may affect Platform availability. ac356 will endeavour to minimise downtime and will notify players of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

In no event shall ac356's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the amount of the player's account balance at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ac356's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ac356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, ac356 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via the contact method on record for their account.

Your continued use of the ac356 Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting ac356 support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures published by ac356 from time to time. ac356 operates an internal complaints handling process as the first step for resolving any player disputes.

Players wishing to raise a formal complaint must submit their complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, the relevant account information, and any supporting documentation. ac356 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.

ac356 does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ac356 Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction before you register or place any bet.
